What is PregOmega Plus?

PregOmega Plus 30 Day Pack is an all-in-one supplement formulated for moms. It contains folic acid, vitamins and minerals, and omega 3 to support good health before, during and after pregnancy. Also contains extra calcium to promote good bone and teeth health.

How to use:

1. Take one multivitamin and mineral tablet, as well as one omega-3 capsule and one calcium tablet daily with a meal - or as instructed by your healthcare provider.
2. Continue this for the duration of your pregnancy.
3. Usage should extend to at least six months after giving birth, or for as long as you will be breastfeeding for.
